This post is dedicated to my girlfriend Kate, the Cupcake Queen. My cakes are Main Street. Hers, 5th Avenue. I spoke with her about two hours ago and she was having contractions every 15 minutes! (Her due date was last Sunday. She went two weeks over with her first baby, Kyle, Gunnar's Flame.) Kate- May your labor be filled with visions of cupcakes. We will be thinking of you; we can't wait to meet Baby Emmi. (A lucky little girl to be coming to a home of such wonderful baked goods!)
